Rentals

We rent woodwind, brass, and string instruments for all Western New York school districts at low prices. We have different pricing tiers based on the instrument being rented:

$129: Flutes, Clarinets, Trumpets, Trombones, Percussion Kits, 1/16 through 3/4 Violins, “small” Violas

$189: Alto Saxophones, 4/4 Violins, 1/2 Cellos, 3/4 Cellos

$259: Oboes, Tenor Saxophones, F-Trombones, French Horns, Baritones, Tubas, 4/4 Cellos, Basses, 15-16” Violas

Rental Policies

Here are a few of our policies in regards to instrument rentals:

• General maintenance on the musical instrument is free. If the instrument is malfunctioning, bring it in and we will repair and return it.

• Dents and breakage from dropping and other physical accidents are not covered. Bring the instrument into the store to be repaired at a fair price.

• If you want to purchase the rental instrument, $50 of the rental fee goes towards the price of the instrument. This cumulates with each consecutive year of rental, $50 per year.

• If the instrument is not re-rented for the following year, it must be returned the end of June to avoid a late charge.
